1979. We manufacture close tolerance parts, utilizing our High
Speed 3D Vertical Machining Centers with Hard Milling
capability, our High Speed 3D Graphite Mill, Wire
EDM, CNC RAM EDM, CNC Lathe, and CNC vertical machining centers.
We also perform Close Tolerance Surface Grinding, including
Carbide Grinding. We have knowledgeable mold makers to meet your requirements in the
areas of Mold
Modifications, Mold
Maintenance, Reconditioning,
and Spares.

have the expertise to Design & Build custom tooling such
as; Plastic Injection Molds, Progressive Dies, Fixtures, Gages, and
Spare Tooling.Our "In House Design Department" features 2 seats of Catia V5, 2 seats of SolidWorks 2005, 1 seat of Autodesk Inventor 9, 1 seat of Pro Desktop Express, and 3 seats of Autocad LT 2004. Our designers have extensive experience designing molds from Simple Prototypes to Complex Multi-action Tools, including Unscrewing Molds. We also have experience in Product Design and Development as well, aiding our customers to insure the product being produced meets their requirements, and is economical to produce. We have direct 2-1/2 and 3-1/2 axis download capability to our CNC equipment. Our cnc programmers use Catia Machinist and SolidCAM 2005, both having 2-1/2 and 3-1/2 axis capability. We also have 2 seats of Espirit we use for Wire EDM, our CNC Lathe, and our 2D veritcal machining centers. |
